2. Subscriptions and Features SoloKit offers a single paid subscription tier that provides access to all premium features, including unlimited bookings, invoicing, and client management tools. - Active Subscription: Requires a valid, recurring payment method.

3. Payments and Processing SoloKit integrates with third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and Square) to facilitate transactions between you and your clients. SoloKit is not a party to these transactions and disclaims any liability arising from payment disputes, chargebacks, or processing errors.

4. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for the services you provide to your clients. SoloKit does not endorse, guarantee, or mediate the quality of services rendered by professionals using the platform. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

5. Intellectual Property You retain all rights to the client data and business information you input into SoloKit. By using the Service, you grant SoloKit a license to host and display this data strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloKit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Modifications to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
